Vendors rank secretagogues by how much growth hormone they release. Almost none of them rank by how quickly the effect fades, which is the number that decides whether the first ranking means anything at all.
Hexarelin sits near the top of the release charts and also desensitizes faster than the milder options. So the compound that looks strongest on paper is the one demanding the most restraint to keep functioning, which is a strange thing to sell as a headline.
It also does not behave like a clean GH signal. It drags cortisol and prolactin along with it, which is the opposite of what most people are trying to accomplish when they add a secretagogue to a stack. The ranking that gets published is the one that sells. The ranking that matters is about duration and selectivity, and nobody prints that one.
Has anyone here run it long enough to actually notice the fade, or does everybody rotate off before reaching that point.
