the 'skittish' description for Reta is honestly accurate - it's more sensitive to reconstitution, storage, and titration speed than a lot of compounds, and the side effect profile is less predictable in the early weeks. but when it works it tends to be noticeably different in scope from what most people have tried before, which is why people end up here
