This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Dealing with almost the same thing, no appetite at all, though mine's really only rough in the mornings. My doctor bumped my dose and switched me to a different manufacturer. Hoping things settle once my system adjusts.

Three weeks now at the 1mg dose and I'm feeling exactly what you're describing. Zero energy, general sickness, on and off constipation, just an overall crummy state. Also no motivation to do much of anything these days. Dropped roughly 25 lbs across four months, but honestly not sure the side effects justify it. Added protein powder, fiber supplements, eating as clean as I can manage (basically zero bread or carbs), and still feel like I'm barely getting through the days. Close to throwing in the towel.

Hey, genuinely grateful you carved out time to weigh in here. Should help future readers of this thread get a real sense of what to expect.

Pretty much matching your experience. The shot seems to take hold roughly two to three hours in. Been about four hours since my first 0.5mg dose, and I'm already struggling to finish a full meal. Same thing happened after my very first 0.25mg injection too.

Fullness hits remarkably fast for me. Not someone who eyeballs things either, I weigh portions, log everything, and track intake and progress closely.

Constipation's been mild for me so far, no nausea at all.

Honestly starting to wonder if I qualify as a super responder here, and hoping this level of effectiveness sticks around as the amount climbs going forward.

Also worth mentioning, I'm not diabetic, but I see this as smart preventive care given my risk profile. If it keeps diabetes from ever developing down the line, alongside better weight and overall wellness, that's a massive win.
