Wanted to drop an update here in case it's useful to anyone weighing ghk-cu.

Began this back on may 9th at a 2mg injection amount. Roughly a quarter year has passed since, and the changes are pretty clear now: skin tone reads more even, complexion looks brighter, healing from small nicks happens a bit quicker, texture feels smoother, and hair carries more shine, though growth itself is too early to judge. Overall the look just reads more refreshed lately, hard to pin down exactly what. None of it arrived suddenly, all gradual, mostly obvious comparing older photos against recent ones.

Considering a short pause soon after staying consistent this whole time, but the results so far have earned genuine satisfaction.

For anyone else running this compound: what's everyone's typical duration before taking a break, and did noticeable gains keep showing up past the quarter-year point, or did things level out around then?

On a specific compound for five months now. Started because of loose neck skin after roughly thirty pounds gone at that point. Also noticed an alarming amount of hair collecting in the shower drain, probably from losing weight too fast on the main medication.

Started at a small daily amount, moved up to double that fairly quickly. Held steady there since. Picked up a microneedle roller too, along with a topical version of the same compound worked in a few times weekly after showering, started mixing collagen peptide into morning coffee, and even took up neck stretching and toning exercises to help with the loose skin.

Skin genuinely feels more resilient, softer yet firmer. Actually had trouble bending the smaller needles on the pen a few times while injecting.

Would more dramatic results have been nice? Sure. Has there been some real improvement? Also yes. Hair still shows up in the shower, but what remains does seem fuller and healthier. No visible thinning happening.

Less gray? Hard to say for certain. Maybe.

Stack the skin and hair upsides together with what's reported about reduced inflammation and faster healing, and it feels worth the effort. Just don't expect miracles.

Sorry to hear that.

Hair loss started for me around the three-month mark, though that also lined up with when I ramped up my supplements. Shedding's dropped to almost nothing now. Down 107lbs with roughly 15 to go before goal.

Maybe a silly thing to ask, but any multivitamin or collagen in your routine? What's your daily protein intake looking like?

And how deep is your calorie shortfall running? If your system feels underfed, it may start trimming back on things it sees as non-essential, hair being one of them.

Everyone's different, I know. Hopefully a few more people jump in here with extra suggestions for you.

For what it's worth, I went from a BMI of 42 down to 23.9, with every health upside that brings along with it. If losing extra hair was part of that trade, personally I'd take that deal again.
