TikTok weight loss jabs - real?

I’m warning you all right now, if I find out that obnoxious content creator is using our posts for her clickbait, I'm going to lose it.

Sounds like a conflict of interest! Someone who profits from one thing badmouthing something else for their own gain.

Bodies are way more self regulating than we usually think. When it senses you're eating too little it actually works against losing weight effectively. For real results you need a reasonable approach.

I saw an article the other day that was pretty interesting - apparently Lindt chocolate sales have actually *increased* among people using GLP-1 meds. It seems like people might be reaching for higher quality sweets instead of junk food.

Why are we even sharing the video? Isn't that giving them exactly what they want: views?
Good point, I didn't even think of that.

I've definitely switched to better chocolate since starting semaglutide. I used to binge on cheap candy, but now I just want a square or two of really dark chocolate. It's much more satisfying.

There's some interesting research coming out about GLP-1s and cancer risk, too. A study looked at older men and found that pre-diagnosis use of weight loss meds actually reduced the incidence of prostate, colorectal, and male breast cancers. More research is needed, but it's promising.

Same here! I used to crave the junkiest stuff, but now it's all about quality over quantity.

Female 33, height 166cm. Started 120kg Sept 2024, now 63kg Jan 2026. Earlier posts were clothed since showing skin makes me uncomfortable. Loose skin is real and some days tough to look at but wouldn't change it. Feel healthier, happier, exercise is hobby now not obligation.

Discouraging no matter how many times I tell myself the number isn't permanent fat. Impressed you can bike to your workouts.

how much miralax you using? takes a few days to kick in. do a capful every day with water. my body just doesn't feel the urge anymore so i gotta force a sit a couple times a day

the bot farm credibility model for scam operations is exactly what makes them hard to identify quickly - a large follower count with AI-generated content and fake positive interactions creates a surface-level legitimacy that mimics a real community. the tell is usually the uniformity of the positive responses and the speed at which they appear. any account where all the comments read as enthusiastic and none raise concerns is worth treating as potentially manufactured
