Time to bump the dose?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Ran one compound last year and watched a solid amount melt off across eight months, topping out at a moderate dose before easing back down. Stepped away from it entirely for a stretch, and this year has brought several months on a completely different compound instead. About to bump up to the next level. Food noise still hasn't quieted down much, and only a modest amount has come off, currently stuck on a plateau. Working out every single day and eating clean. Plan is holding steady here for four to eight weeks with room to go higher after that. Depending how the body reacts, switching back to the original compound is on the table, maybe even running both together. Still genuinely figuring this out through trial and error. Suspect for some people that original option just fits better, depending on their individual response and how much silencing food noise actually matters to them.

Three weeks into adding a second compound to the usual high tirz amount every six days. First two weeks at a small amount, then last week moved up a level, planning the same again today.

It broke through the stall and there's a solid amount off for the month now. Calories aren't tracked but eating hasn't noticeably decreased.

Only real side effect noticed has been a burning, sunburn-like feeling across the back of the neck and heightened skin sensitivity everywhere. That's eased off now but probably returns tomorrow after today's dose. Not severe enough to want to stop though.

The original plan was pushing higher next week, but leaning toward holding steady at the current level while the weight keeps coming off, since there's only a modest amount left to go.

Went through something similar. Every pound came off at the smaller amounts, but progress froze, and pushing the dose higher afterward was tried hoping it would fix things, it changed nothing. Held steady at a fairly high level, avoided going any further, but a year later ten pounds had crept back on.

Exercising regularly now, strength work, cardio, high intensity intervals, swimming, which genuinely feels great and there's no plan to stop, though it hasn't shifted anything on the scale.

Currently titrating down and just started introducing a small amount of a second compound alongside it, not recommending this route to others, just personal choice, to see whether anything shifts alongside continued exercise and focused eating. Only about twenty pounds left to shift at this point.

Now 149 lbs, and I would like 140 or 145, though it is no disaster if I miss. My doses are still low, Reta at 1mg and Tirz at 6.25mg. Higher gives me more side effects, so I am not keen to go up. Exercise should rise in a few weeks once my daughter returns to school and I bike over to pick her up daily.

Reta started great for me. Titrated up to 6mg across 6 months with slow, steady loss, then it quit. Spent 3 months holding 6mg with no change, and I noticed extra noise about eating and drinking, so I moved to 8mg and slow loss is back. 8 is my ceiling. Once I plateau again I'm coming off for a while, maybe four weeks, then either back to tirz or trying elora.

Tirz at 2.5mg was my start last February, and I stalled in May. Hunger is nearly nonexistent on Tirz, and still the scale wouldn't move. More suppression felt risky because I was edging toward food aversion. Lots of folks report little appetite suppression from Reta, so I added a low dose (1 mg) of Reta midweek and the loss resumed. At the start of August I got hungrier, so Reta got bumped to 1.5 mg.

Same wall here!!! My Tirz start was 388lbs in early May, titrated on the usual schedule. Now 318lbs on 12.5 mg Tirz, with hardly any loss over the last 45 days. Severe sciatica stopped my workouts and nearly crippled me. ARA290 got me started on relief, and three weeks later the sciatica has eased a lot, my 28 day cycle ends Monday 9/14. I added Reta at 2.5mg alongside it, still no loss, but no gain either, which is good. Sitting around stalled me. Plan: drop Tirz to 5mg and raise Reta to 5mg across the coming weeks, then see if that balance keeps hunger down while the third receptor of Reta keeps working. If it does, I will keep that schedule indefinitely and return to the gym once the nerve pain lets me.

I'm on 2mg reta. Since February my weight has bounced from 77.9kg up to 80kg and back. Tirz was 12.5mg up to six weeks back, and then 15mg. It started well, about 0.5kg a week lost, then began bouncing again, so I brought in 2mg reta plus 0.3mg cagri and dropped more than 1kg within a week, which puts me at my year-one response to tirz, and I'll stay on this stack a while. Raising the reta means lowering tirz. Losing too fast would mean cutting the cagri.
