Tired all the time on GLP-1?

I've heard some people say that B vitamins, like B12, can help with the fatigue. I'm using B12 that dissolves under the tongue along with a multi B vitamin, making sure to take it with food and plenty of electrolyte drinks.

I wanna hear more ideas too! Usually, I feel exhausted around the one day mark. This last shot? Whew. It was only a few hours later and super strong!

Taking B12 that dissolves under the tongue didn't change things for me. My RS was already taking it before starting Tirz, and even doubled the dose. Blood tests confirm it was being absorbed.

Bioboost+ is useful and there is a deal that lets you order for about $50, check reddit.

SS-31(Elamipretide) took away all the fatigue in my RS. Though, it's only a few weeks and then I'll try MOTS-C.

Maybe look around at compounding pharmacies? I've seen some sources with better prices. I'm going to try B12 (hydroxocobalamin) + MOTS-C. SS-31 looks good too.

Bioboost+/lipo-c... I'm drinking two protein drinks daily (around 50 grams of protein all together). Think the protein is helping more than the bioboost.

I had awful fatigue on Tirz (but it does such a great job I didn't want to quit it) so I started MIC B12 and LIPO-C shots two times a week. It fixed my fatigue. And it's also relatively inexpensive. I have SS-31, MOTS-C and Epitalon on hand but haven't done that cycle yet.
