Tired all the time on GLP-1?

I started on a B12 pill myself. Hoping for some positive results. I don't get too fatigued, but it's bad the day after the shot.

Store in a cool, dark, dry place like a drawer.

It probably lasts 30 days give or take. I'll use mine until it's gone. If you get the Pegasus version that includes NAD+, don't put it in the fridge or it will become a gel.

I'm still okay with Sema for now, no reason to switch to more expensive meds, yet, but I'm sharing what I've learned from others.

I had some slight fatigue (and other light side happenings) on Sema, but B12 oral + B complex + multivitamins w/ minerals + electrolytes helped. If fatigue is intense, try injectable B12!

I had my bloodwork done to check vitamin levels. Fatigue has gone since taking B1 and vitd3, and I'm adding magnesium.

I think just about everyone should take some kind of magnesium. Most people are low in it and it's not always shown in labs. I take different kinds, like a spray that helps my insomnia a bit.

I got my Pegasus order today. Anyone know doses? I'm thinking start with 0.5 mL twice a week and see how that goes, what do you think?

Yes. I did 0.5 on Weds. Another 0.5 Sunday. One person does 3x per week. I'll see how it shakes out...

I used to do a whole 1ml from the med spa where I got my Lipo-C shots, but this isn't the same.

I've been reading about 1ml 2-3x weekly, sort of what I did for Hallendale Bioboost+, mostly to fight fatigue i'm experiencing.

Lots of people say B12 or B12 + MIC helps with fatigue. Not me. I get injections twice a week and they help most of the time. But the day after the shot, I'm wiped. Protein, electrolytes, water - doesn't matter. It's just something I need to live with.
