Tirz and no zest?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Tell her to check her vitamin levels. I take MOTS-C and it really helps avoid feeling run down when I'm on tirz.

I'm on Kimera's Pegasus right now; might be worth a shot. Tirz wasn't too bad for me solo, but I just started stacking with cagrilintide, and that combo is a bit draining.

You can try supplements or peptides to help, but it's pretty typical. You're burning more calories than you're taking in, which is how weight loss works without stimulants.

I had the same problem. Has she had her free testosterone, free T3, and other hormones tested? If her hormones are solid, maybe alternating or switching to Retatrutide might help. I'm doing a 50/50 mix of Tirz/Reta and feel much better.

I've used amphetamines before. I drop weight fast, but it always comes back. I take them for ADHD; 24 years later, Adderall still works for my ADHD.

I also experienced severe fatigue on tirzepatide. I was convinced I was sick, and so were my doctors. Eventually, the fatigue mostly subsided. I also lowered my dosage. I don't take anything to combat the tiredness, but I am adding retatrutide, which I believe is less likely to cause it.

I had fatigue on Tirz. I’m alternating Tirz and Reta, and that seems to help. I also started taking Pinealon from PGB for the mental fatigue. I’m also getting Test cyp to see if it helps with energy and motivation. I’ll post updates if either of them is "magical."

Two weeks isn't long, but I suggest a full blood panel to check for deficiencies (Vit D, Iron), and a hormone level check. Is she menopausal? Post-menopausal? On HRT?

I'm in her age range and take supplements for menopause-related fatigue, since I don't take hormones. I felt tired before Tirz because of menopause.

Tirz tip: splitting the dose was a game-changer! I'm in maintenance, so now I dose Friday/Monday instead of once a week. Less is more with Tirz, but source matters.

Did she get any labs before starting? There are direct-to-consumer lab options, which are out-of-pocket but convenient. I had chronically low Vitamin D, which caused lethargy when combined with tirz. Dehydration and extreme caloric restriction also contribute. Balancing my diet and addressing lab results helped a lot, but I still get fatigued at certain times.

I felt exhausted on tirzepatide too. It's not as universal as GI issues, but it's still a common side effect.

I like having steady levels. I'd get Tirz fatigue 48 hrs after the shot because levels were too high. I had to plan for a fatigue day! Now it's gone. I get the benefits with fewer side effects. It's great.
