Tirz and no zest?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I'm on 5mg of tirz, and I've only noticed a little lethargy. My bowel movements have changed; I'm lucky to go every 2-3 days. I had some constipation early on, but hitting 100% of my fiber intake and taking extra magnesium helped. I'm wondering how the fatigue will be at 7.5/10mg.

I tried 5-day dosing instead of 7-day at the same equivalent dose to reduce fatigue by lowering the peaks and raising the valleys. I always felt most tired on day 3 after my shot. With 5-day dosing, my weight loss was similar, but I had more shots per month, so more fatigue days. I switched back to 7-day dosing and added Reta, titrating down Tirz before maintenance.

Reta seems to help with fatigue, but I've only had one 2mg dose (four days ago), so we'll see.

Is she eating enough? A lot of people go overboard on the calorie restriction, and your body can only run so long on fumes.
This is so true! I felt like total garbage until I started tracking my intake more carefully. Now I aim for a reasonable deficit and feel way better.

I know how she feels. I've been on these meds for over a year and I am constantly exhausted. Even sitting on the couch, I feel like I need to lie down. I don’t get enough protein though, so that’s probably why.

Two weeks isn't long, but I suggest a full blood panel to check for deficiencies (Vit D, Iron), and a hormone level check. Is she menopausal? Post-menopausal? On HRT?
I second this. Worth checking those things out. Also, could be worth speaking to a medical professional about it too.

For me personally, the exhaustion was awful the first few weeks of 7.5. Then after a couple of months it got better. Before that I was falling asleep everywhere! I hope it gets better for her!
