Been on 15mg of tirz for several months and the appetite suppression isn't as strong as it used to be. Would adding a small dose of cagri once a week help keep the cravings at bay?

I've been doing that for almost a year now! I started with 0.25mg, but I'm a bigger person, so you might want to start with 0.125mg. I inject cagri about 4 days after my tirz injection - you'll have to find what timing works best for you. I even stopped the cagri for a bit, but I'm back on it now even though my tirz dose hasn't changed.

Definitely. Since you're at the highest dosage on tirz needing an extra push, you could consider this. Start with a low dose, like 0.125mg. I combine reta and cagri. Cagri has been great for me, with zero side effects. It's worth knowing that some may experience severe fatigue or nausea.

When you're at the highest dose, yes, you surely can do that. I mix it with reta at just 0.25 mg, and it works great with no negative side effects.

Be extremely careful with cagri. It must be reconstituted with acetic acid (1:1 with BAC) to reduce the pH to 3.5-4.5. Be sure to read up on manufacturer recommendations and the hazards of higher pH levels.

Thanks for that! I didn't do it today because I wasn't feeling well. I'll spend the next few weeks researching it thoroughly before I proceed.

There's a very long thread on here about it with a lot of discussion, articles, and studies posted. Since I only have a couple of vials, I'm going to stick with BAC water for now.

I read some of the research that was posted in older threads. Thanks for mentioning the AA; I wouldn't have known to look into it.

Ensure the pH is between 3.5 and 4.5. I'm sorry if I come off as a pain, but high pH levels can be unstable and dangerous. There's some Acetic Acid 0.6% 10ml available for $12.

There's a lot of chatter on Peppys about whether the risks are truly overblown. It's hard to know what to believe, so I'll use AA to stay safe, but this could be much ado about nothing.

I've been researching the use of AA with cagri for several hours, and I guess it comes down to who you believe. But for my first time using it, I'm going to test the pH before adding AA. If it's higher than 5, I'll add AA one drop at a time until it's down to 4.
