Yes, I tried roughly 30iu subq, three times a day, over several months, because the evidence for appetite suppression looks reasonable. Tough to know what it did since I also take tirz at 15mg with 5mg reta and 0.5mg cagri. Heart rate seems to rise slightly for some time afterward.
Drop_Pal Besides adding cagri, consider splitting the dose, since your bad side effects land on day 2, right after the tirz shot? That lines up with peak blood levels, about 24 hours post dose, when side effects hit hardest. A glp plotter shows it as a graph. Two half doses usually work about the same, soften those peaks, and leave room to raise the weekly total. If you add cagri, begin with 0.25mg and climb slowly. Nausea and fatigue are common, especially higher up, and many here run 0.25 to 1mg weekly beside reta or tirz for extra appetite control.
