Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
With a bit of nervousness, ran my very first cagri shot last night, hoping it helps break through a stall at my current tirz level. All the warnings about crushing fatigue had me on edge, but so far on day one the only real effect has been genuinely striking appetite suppression. Managed half a sandwich today and had zero interest in anything more. Pretty unexpected for such a small starting dose. Curious whether it holds steady. Never had any real trouble with tirz along the way, so I was interested to see whether cagri would behave the same.

Cycled through sema, tirz, and reta, plus tried pairing cagri alongside both tirz and separately reta. Starting to think reta and sema, possibly with a small dash of cagri thrown in, could be my winning combo. On its own reta just leaves the door open for me to overeat and gravitate toward the wrong foods. Was running 0.5 of cagri on Saturdays and 5mg reta midweek. Considering pushing reta up to 6mg and layering in sema around 0.25-0.5 to see how it settles. There's a decent chance the cagri piece won't even be necessary, but I'd add 0.25 or 0.375 if it turns out I do.

Was chasing that same appetite suppression from tirz, didn't get it until reaching a fairly high amount, and even then it faded quickly. Added a small amount of a second compound, staying cautious since people describe it as intense, but currently at a tiny amount and not feeling much yet.

Just entering year 3 for me. Two years to drop 110 lbs, then a year of maintaining so far. I stay on 10 mg Tirz plus 2 mg Sema and 2 mg Cagri, on a weekly schedule, sometimes stretched to 8 days. Chasing appetite suppression is constant and this stack does the job. Constipation used to plague me but it vanished for no reason, I changed nothing. Without the Cagri I was freezing, and it appears to heat me back up.

omg same, on tirz since april and down 40 # through diet, exercise, lifestyle and microdosing, about 2 mg of tirz two times weekly. but this past week food noise won't quit and i get weird snack attacks (i'm drinking more water to push through). i just ordered cagri because what i read says it may squash that annoying food noise. Your post gave me hope, still need about 40 more off.

15mg tirz here, slow responder. Stacking sema and cag finally broke my stall. My schedule: the 21st tirz with .25mg sema, the 23rd .25mg cag, then both cag and sema at .25 on the 25th and again on the 29th. Earlier, 15mg tirz alone gave me zero appetite suppression, and now it's back. Can't tell whether sema or cag does it since I began both at once. I'll drop sema next time to check cag alone.

I went from 2.5mg up to 12mg over 3 months. Hunger almost never shows up, meaning eating is something I must remember, and fullness arrives fast. A Cagri kit and a sema kit sit in reserve for the day food noise creeps back, planning a tiny dose of either if required, though it hasn't been necessary yet.
