Started Tirz on Sundays, Cagri on Thursdays. Was 215 in late 2024. Down to 144 by now. Pretty standard dose increases every month until I hit the top end with zero bad side effects. Checked the scale at six months (around 165) and again now. Planning on starting some exercise 4 days a week soon-ish. I'm actually dropping my Tirz dose now so I can switch over to Reta (going from a double agonist to a triple agonist) for maintenance. Hoping to stop either the Reta or Cagri at some point.

If you lost that much weight without hitting the gym, you might be surprised by how much muscle you lost. I thought I hit my goal, got a DEXA scan, and it wasn't pretty. 33% body fat and a really high visceral fat score. Something like 3rd percentile for muscle even though I don't look fat right now. Turns out, everyone saying to exercise and eat enough protein was right. Trying to fix it now, but it's not easy at my age.

I feel more secure in social situations. In general, I'm feeling pretty good since I haven't been this light since I was younger.

Yeah, I knew about the muscle loss so I added a Glycine supplement once a day to my daily routine.

HGH combined with exercise and you'll be buffed up in no time. Same thing happened to me (dropped a lot of muscle, no exercise) and after doing 3iu about 5 times a week for like a month and a half my muscles have come back and then some. I'm no kid either LOL, almost 60 but in great health and shape. The weight has bounced back a bit though haha. Originally lost about 35lbs and have gained back around 15lbs but I think the whole 15lbs is muscle as I am same or a bit stronger than before.

What's Glycine even supposed to do, especially for muscle loss? I've heard Carnitine is supposed to help, but I don't have any experience with it personally.

I searched for "glycine supplement benefits" and the AI said "Enhanced Muscle Growth and Recovery" as a key benefit, plus: Improved Sleep Quality, Reduced Oxidative Stress, Improved Blood Sugar Control, Reduced Inflammation, and Improved Liver Health. Some other stuff too, like healthy aging, brain function, wound healing, and maybe lower cancer risk.

I've actually been taking Glycine (pretty high doses) for the last year or so but I can't say I've seen any of those benefits. Definitely no effect on inflammation, since I have an autoimmune issue and have lots of inflammation, and glycine isn't helping. Didn't notice any sleep help either, and no effect on blood sugar. The other two are just my opinion. I still think it's good for overall health, but a little overrated.

I'm not trying to lose a ton more weight, just a little and get rid of constant hunger. I need to step it up, but when I get close to 5 mg a week in one dose or split, I get nasty side effects. What made you decide to use tirz + cagri?

They are dual agonists, but for 4 different things (GIP & GLP-1, amylin & calcitonin), so it made sense that I would lose weight quicker. But the main reason was, I read that Tirz stops working as well before 7 days have passed, so I wanted something to counteract that effect.
