Tirz Compounding Curtailed Soon?

Lost 91lbs thirteen months. Six four inch height goal 200lbs. 209-212 now. Close enough guess. Highest dose 12.5. Six break 220 started 5mg dropped current. Thinking 3rd cycle soon. Works well. Low pill perfect.
 
Jumping from 10 to 12.5 is aggressive, especially if the lower dose already had you feeling rough. Your body's probably just asking for a slower ramp. Hang in there.
 
Currently at 10mg tirzepatide each week. Works okay but food noise won't quit — it's sabotaging my discipline. Before I pump the dose higher, want to try adding cagrilintide. Anyone combine them? What dose? What were your results?
 
Love the Luxura pen way more than my old one. Also chia seeds in water plus hot water beats other OTC stuff for constipation relief. works even after you've already gone. Don't broadcast my results except close friends/fam.
