Tirz dosing - what's 'enough'?

Just injected my first 2.5mg dose of tirz. I'm planning to stick to the standard 2.5, then 5, then 7.5, each for a month. When does this stuff really kick in and start working? What's the lowest you can go to get results?

Also, feeling a bit queasy. How long does the nausea last?

It's really individual. Some people don't need to go up much at all. Microdosing can work wonders for minimizing side effects. I started at 250mcg once a week, then 500mcg, then 300mcg daily. Slower results, but way easier on my system. My inflammation (that was my goal) is way better, and I am shedding a little weight (bonus!).

The smallest amount considered beneficial is 5 milligrams of tirzepatide.

To help with nausea, keep sipping water and have frequent, small, healthy snacks. Don't skip meals, even if you're not hungry. Is the 2.5mg causing appetite suppression and less preoccupation with food already, @Kelly02?

It's not a one-size-fits-all thing. The right dose varies. If you're eating healthy, staying hydrated, exercising, and losing weight slowly and steadily with minimal side effects, there's no reason to increase. The goal is always the lowest effective dose.

Wanted to pipe in and say that you definitely don't need a massive dose to see results. I've seen people lose a bunch of weight (like upwards of 45lbs) on just 0.25mg. Listen to your body and watch for side effects, like @no-more-snacks said.

I agree with @Trail_05 - the lowest effective dose is KEY. I've seen people on Reddit talk about great results with super low doses. One person dropped nearly 100 pounds on just 0.25mg! Everyone is different.

Wow, almost 100lbs on .25mg? That's amazing! Maybe I will stick with the 2.5mg for longer than a month then... see how it goes.

Just be sure you understand the dosing math. I saw someone online confused because they only received 1ml of solution that was intended to last a month, but their weekly dose seemed like it would require more than that. They were getting mixed up between mg and ml. Definitely double check your calculations!

Would need a dolly honestly. I have tons of tirzepatide. Like I could throw it at a fire, similar to one of those sprinkler systems! Reminds me of my mom tossing salt and baking soda at kitchen flames, yelling those words.
