Tirz every 6 days?

I've seen some people mention tolerance breaks. Has anyone tried that with Tirz? I'm wondering if skipping a week occasionally would help prevent the "food noise" from coming back so strongly. I'm worried about that happening once I hit my goal weight.

I've been on tirz for almost 2 years and the food noise is back with a vengeance. I was on the highest dose (2mg) and switched peptides, but the weight is slowly coming back. Gonna try something else...

Got two vials but haven't used them yet—following the advice to experiment later. Try to find distilled water for mixing to avoid gelling. I went with one option plus something else, loading that for three weeks then switching to another for 2-4 weeks while keeping the first. Really happy with the results.

on my 4th shot of grey 60 with the pen. using BD micro-fine 30mm 30g needle. can't get it into skin easy, takes hard pushing and it's slightly painful but no bruising. what am i doing wrong?

Just switched to a new vial today because my last batch didn't feel right. Been using it at my usual dose but not getting that full feeling like I should, waking up hungry again which is new for me. Cracking open a higher dose vial instead. If this one works the way it should, that first batch is getting set aside.

Right - this is the hard truth nobody wants to hear. I watched people come off meds thinking the weight would stay. It doesn't. The math is simple: if you go back to eating like before, the weight comes back. Meds are a tool to break old habits, not replace them. That's the real work.

Eight months in on the six-day schedule myself, and the appetite suppression is real but not as dramatic as month two. Adding reta on the off days sounds smart - I've thought about combining them too. The key is patience; your body's still adjusting. Give it three weeks before adding anything new and track how you actually feel, not just the scale. That's what worked for me.

I do mine every 3.5 days, works out to Tuesday and Friday for me. Keeps things simpler and more stable honestly. Some people plot it out on dosing calculators to see if twice a week gives steadier levels, but I find just having a routine that sticks is half the battle. The main thing is knowing what works for YOUR schedule.

Tolerance shouldn't be an issue with that split schedule. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water throughout the week. Some folks find a dosing tracker helpful to keep things organized when you're breaking it up like that.

Splitting my doses has made a real difference for me. Taking smaller amounts more frequently keeps my hunger way more consistently controlled and cuts down on nausea. Been using this approach for a while now with good results.
