speaking as someone in medicine, i wouldn't suggest shifting mounjaro onto a shorter cycle. tirzepatide's designed for once weekly dosing, with a half life around 5 days. injecting more often raises how much drug is circulating and builds up more over time, worsening nausea, vomiting and other gi symptoms. it's actually common for the appetite suppression to feel strongest early on and fade by days 6 or 7, that doesn't mean the medication's quit working. if it's wearing off too soon, look at how long you've sat at this dose, whether you're still losing weight or eating less, whether an increase is due, and whether it's true hunger or just weaker suppression than the first days. you can move your injection day, just keep a minimum three day gap, different from running a shorter cycle.
