Tirz good enough, or switch?

It's SO different for everyone. I took Ozempic for 5 months and lost nothing while feeling awful. Then grey market tirz for 4 months, felt better but didn't lose weight until I added phentermine for appetite. I stopped the tirz since it wasn't helping and switched to Contrave over blood pressure concerns. Contrave's side effects were CRAZY, and I gained weight! So I ordered some Reta and finished the tirz to get back into it. Now I have amazing appetite control without phentermine on this tirz, it only wears off on day 6/7.

Now, a month later, I have 400mg of Reta but wish I had ordered tirz since I'm down 5lbs this month. Hoping Reta works, so I don't need more phentermine!

Lots of people have no (or few) side effects. I had some constipation that I fixed with more fiber and water. (Which I needed anyway.) My heart rate went up a little, but not much. Reta made it go up more.

Some people have few side effects, some have lots. Some react right away, some need to go up slowly. Watch your food and the scale. You might need to go up, or a small dose might work with no side effects. Go slow and see what happens. If nothing changes by week four, go up. I started with sema and had zero side effects with the lowest dose, but got all the benefits. I eventually moved to every 5-6 days instead of 7, then half the minimum dose 2-3 times a week based on how I felt. Dosing yourself lets you control your doses and schedule. Smaller doses more often give me the benefits with almost no side effects.

Anyone notice a change in BP from Tirz? Up or down?

I have awful white coat syndrome, and my home device isn't great, so I'm curious what you've seen.

How much weight did you lose before you stopped one of your meds?

I had 40 to lose and my BP was high, sometimes Stage 1. Before I gained weight, it was normal or low.

From age 20 on, doctors always said my BP was high, but didn't do anything about it. Then I had extreme anxiety, sweating, mind racing, panic, nausea almost 24/7. I went to the doctor in December and my BP was terrible. They almost sent me to the ER, and put me on Hydrochlorothiazide and Lisinopril. Both combined gave me awful side effects, and didn't help my anxiety at all.

I need some motivation today. Anyone have any success stories to share?

I'm down 3 pant sizes and my energy levels are through the roof! Seriously, it's like I'm 20 again. Clothes fit better, I feel amazing. It's worth it!

Can't say what side effects might emerge from SLU-PP-332 years down the line, yet at 800mcg before workouts it performs extremely well for me. Basically doubles my stamina during aerobic sessions. Solid outcome without needing extreme quantities.
