Not on the third compound myself, but my sleep took a real hit from the dual-action one, on top of already being someone who wakes up constantly through the night. My spouse and I both run a small amount of a sleep-focused peptide every couple days now. Both of us are sleeping soundly through the night these days. Honestly can't recall the last time that was true before this. This one's staying in our rotation for good.
