Tirz... Less effective? Anyone else?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Doesn't add up. They're just competing for the same receptors. Better move would be pushing past 15mg of Tirz at that point, though the trial data for higher amounts hasn't come out yet.

Everyone's body reacts differently here, hard to predict across the board, worth circling back with your doctor if things feel unclear.

Also want to add, oral semaglutide isn't actually weaker, it just absorbs less efficiently than an injection, which is exactly why the dose needs to run higher compared to tirz.

Tirz did absolutely nothing for me. Sema on the other hand works incredibly well. Odd, but true, maybe just comes down to individual body chemistry.

Picked up tirzepatide and cagrisema together with my latest order, and neither one did anything. Started wondering if the issue was on my end. Turns out when I tested the batch from five months back, the new stuff just isn't good quality.

Honestly that's the main thing worth checking on a test result. That would flag whether the vial's overfilled or underfilled.
If things seem off, switching to a different vial usually sorts it out.
Like the original poster here, this started with the real branded version at a small dose. So the correct feeling was already established.
Then a compounded version got tried. Noticeably weaker. With lyophilized powder, concentration control falls entirely on the person mixing it, which might mean double-checking the math again.

Top
1. Second compound
2. Libido peptide

Bottom
1. Fifth compound (does absolutely nothing for me, tried it from several different sources with zero luck)
2. Fat-loss peptide

Adding on, I found running the libido peptide at 80 units mixed into 2mL of water actually produces a real reaction, anything less and basically nothing happens...though maybe that's just my body. Ended up giving it up despite it working, just too much extra hassle for what it delivered.
