Tirz or Reta First? Help a Bro Out

Hong Kong Yanpep International
If your compound's genuinely potent, there's a chance you're simply a low or non responder to GLP-1s generally. Also worth noting reta doesn't excel at curbing hunger compared to other options, so tirz could work better before layering in something like cagri or elora, or continuing to push the dose higher.

If you're brand new to this drug class and barely feel anything starting at 2mg, personally I wouldn't keep chasing higher amounts hoping it eventually clicks.

Speaking as someone who never responded much to reta myself.

No arguments here. Tirz treats me well and I genuinely love how it feels.

Didn't you run tirz a couple years back for a few months and drop 35lbs? Sounds like your body just clicks with tirzepatide. Keep in mind though, previous exposure to a glp-1 sometimes means needing higher amounts the second time around. So if you go with tirzepatide again, you might have to climb further up the dosing scale to get the same benefit. Good news, at least from what people say, is that pushing to higher doses tends to bring effectiveness back for most.
