Tirz Raw Material Source List?

I'm not sure how it could be better quality. We're already testing our Tirz stuff for purity. How much better than 99.5x% can you get? It is either the compound you want, or it isn't.

I think I recall seeing EL testing for branded MJ/Zep pens and they were similar to "grey" stuff. Even with an 18-24 month expiry, they degraded over time.
 
From my talks with various producers, I've gathered the following:

Raw materials have "pharmaceutical grade" and "cosmetic grade." Prices change accordingly.

That's the actual grade of the raw powder. No proof on this, so don't attack me.

One vendor gave me prices for both grades of raw reta. Cosmetic grade was $650/gram, and pharmaceutical grade was $850/gram.

They say many vendors use cheaper, cosmetic-grade raws.

I haven't tried TCI's tirz, but many forum members say it's one of the best.

My 30mg vial from Ronsen Group tirz is crap compared to my original Mounjaro pen. Even though the purity was high, it just didn't feel the same.

What do you all think?
 
The 'purity' level is only about the peptide and doesn't say anything about the other ingredients. So it's not really helpful, it's mostly a 'this manufacturer seems legit' indicator.

So, the underground labs could be leaving all kinds of stuff behind that isn’t showing up in tests. The inspected places are less likely to do this.
 
Yeah, but the peptide itself should be consistent. Perhaps we're using the acetate salt versions, but unless the name brand buffer is significantly different and impacts effectiveness, the differences are only from the acetate salt (which lacks significant research).

Of course, there could be contaminants like fentanyl.
 
I've heard similar from middlemen. I think it was to inflate the price. What is the difference between them? Maybe the lower grade had failed quality checks or was an old batch? I couldn't get a clear answer from resellers.
 
We don't really know what's in the vial, and the 'filler' might impact how effective the Tirz is. As long as you don't have a bad reaction, what we DO test for matters. If the fill and purity are good, it'll work for most people. I still use branded stuff now and then and can't tell the difference. EL's standard is lower than what we are getting. EL uses a buffer for long-term stability that we don't have post-reconstitution.
 
Pharmaceutical vs. Cosmetic:
One, I'd feel safe injecting without worry. The other, I'd really need to think about because it might have impurities making me seriously ill if injected.

Some grey market peptides are probably cosmetic grade because the labs aren't regularly inspected.
 
Manufacturing should be similar. Why have a separate setup to produce lower quality & profit? Maybe part of the process is different, combining it with other substances.

Pharma has stricter quality control. The difference between pharmaceutical (99.99% purity) and cosmetic grade (>70% purity) GHK-CU is in the fillers. Technically, anything less than 99.99 is cosmetic.
 
To target different markets.

Like different car models. The product is often totally different.

Fillers are added later, manufacturers provide the raw (not lyophilized), excipients are added by finishers during lyophilization.
