Tirz + Servo stack?

I'm doing really well on 5mg of tirz atm. I've been reading up on glucagon's impact on lipids and since I have some liver issues, I'm thinking about incorporating it into my regimen.

I've got just under a gram of tirz left so I'm not gonna switch to Reta just yet. Thinking of adding Servo. Anyone else tried this combo? What dosages did you start with and what kind of results did you see?

I'm about to order some servo and will experiment, tracking everything with blood tests. I'll keep you all posted, but would love to hear your experiences in the meantime.

Make sure your doctor is aware of your liver issues *before* adding anything new. Some peptides can affect liver enzymes, and you want to monitor that closely.

Okay, so I just read about someone taking Tesofensine at 500mg with their Triz, and they said it gave them crazy energy and focus! But also, insomnia and headaches... Yikes. Maybe I'll stick to my Triz for now. Thanks for the heads up, @LongGameLarry!

Low-dose tesofensine might help with the fatigue when stacking tirz or sema. Worth considering if you're looking for something to boost the combo.

Dropped 50 since last June and hit my goal without going past 7.5 tirz. Did add 1.2-1.8 servo for about 6 weeks, backing down now to 5mg tirz and 1.2 servo. Looking like 5 and 0.9 could work for maintenance. Have stock for 7 years worth.

been on tirz four months and trying to figure out what to add next — there's so much stuff out there but i want to understand what each one actually does for me. stacking everything together just clouds the results.
