Tirz + Servo stack?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
right before hitting my target weight i was at 20mg every 5 days. love the anti-inflammatory hit plus appetite suppression.

since mounjaro my skin got super sensitive - allodynia basically. started magnesium for constipation and literally felt my skin normalizing. two days in on daily supplements and it's almost completely gone. on 2.5 mg so your mileage may vary but putting it out there.

The glucagon agonism concern on reta long term is a real consideration, especially if lipids are already a focus. The 1.5mg Tirz microdose for health markers rather than weight loss is a different use case than someone stacking for active loss. Monitoring labs closely makes sense at any dose when liver markers are part of the picture.

The low-dose glucagon agonism question comes up a lot and the honest answer is it's not fully resolved - some community data suggests real effect at doses lower than the preclinical models would predict, but the literature is thin on exactly where that threshold is. If your lipid response has been noticeable at 5mg that's data worth tracking.

2.5mg Tirz plus 1mg Reta with better appetite suppression and energy is the combination outcome most people hope for at low doses. Servo is a different layer on top - the glucagon agonism overlap with reta is worth tracking on lipids if that is already a concern. What are the baseline lipid numbers you are working from?

Big fan of the appetite-suppressing peptide I added! Once I got within roughly ten pounds of my somewhat arbitrary target, I impulsively decided to layer a small amount of it onto my existing tirz dose to speed things along. Skipped the third compound since my resting heart rate already runs higher than average. Wanted to test whether the rumored energy boost and stubborn-fat reduction people mention actually held true for me. And yes, absolutely it did! I'm genuinely lazy about structured exercise and get most of my movement from hiking, yard work, and animated conversation. Sitting under goal now, and looking down at my stomach it actually looks flat when I'm not even sucking in (though there's still some extra hanging lower down). Just wish it cost less.

Absolutely a great time, exactly what happened here too! There's a compound on the way, definitely planning to try that reset approach. Also dealt with some really bad, lasting welts from one compound until switching the injection site to the glutes, which cleared that problem right up.

Basically swapped out the tirz amount for an equal reta amount weekly until it was entirely reta. Appetite suppression was noticeably better on tirz though, worth keeping in mind for anyone considering the switch!

Was holding 10mg tirz weekly for maintenance but that turned out insufficient. Titrated reta in while cutting back tirz. Currently sitting at 5mg tirz paired with 6mg reta each week, and honestly thriving on that combination. Wanted the glucagon benefit specifically that reta offers. Once my tirz supply runs dry, probably transitioning to reta exclusively.

Hadn't considered that particular combination before, curious whether the side effects from the second compound end up milder despite its stronger action on that same receptor compared to the other option.
