Tirz split dose + sema... how to?

I'm doing 3mg of tirz twice a week (so 6mg total), but I need more appetite control. Got some sema on the way. How would you add it in? I pin on Tuesdays at 8AM and Fridays at 6PM right now to keep things even. Sticking myself 3-4 times a week sounds crazy, lol. Or should I just up the tirz and skip the sema?

I think the half-life of tirz is about 5 days, and sema is around 6. So, splitting the tirz is perfectly reasonable.

Have you thought about just increasing your tirz dose instead of introducing sema?

Funny you mention that @Endo_Expert_99, that's exactly what I did! My sema hasn't arrived yet, so I bumped the tirz to 4.5mg twice weekly and it's working pretty well. I'm switching to a different source soon, so the cost difference won't be huge, I hope.

I combine sema and tirz myself.

I inject them both on the same day. My hunger comes back around day 6 on sema, so splitting that dose also makes sense.

I'm not too strict about the exact schedule. As long as it's consistent each week, it should be fine. Sometimes I'll add a little extra sema if I don't think it's enough.

I'm stacking tirz with sema too! It's going great so far. I've seen a big change in how much fat I'm losing. I pin tirz on Monday nights and Friday mornings, and then the sema on Tuesdays.

I've actually stacked all three before: tirz, sema, and reta.

You could keep your tirz at 9mg/week (4.5mg x 2) and just add sema in the middle of the week.

Have you used sema before? It can be pretty strong (more so than tirz and reta imo), so if you haven't, start with a low dose like 0.1mg a week, then increase to 0.3mg, then maybe 0.6-0.8mg. See how you react.

A once-weekly dose of sema should hopefully curb your appetite.

For me, sema is the best for suppressing hunger, but you really need to increase the dose to feel it. At 0.1mg or 0.3mg, you probably won't notice much difference in hunger or food noise (you're basically just getting your body used to the drug).

If you've tried sema before, you could start at 0.8mg once a week.

Medical research shows that therapeutic doses of sema start around 1mg and up.

When I started ozempic, my doctor started me at 0.1mg, then 0.3mg, then 0.5mg, then 0.8mg. I really started seeing benefits after 0.8mg a week.

I noticed the most food noise reduction around 1.3mg a week. Eating a small meal filled me up for the whole day, and I couldn't eat anything else! Food actually grossed me out, it was amazing to experience what normal people feel like when they eat a small amount and feel satisfied.

But at 1.3mg, I started feeling really sick with constant vomiting, so I had to back off. For comparison, I can handle 10mg of tirz and 7mg of reta without any issues (but those aren't my current doses).

Semaglutide felt risky with all those potential complications. Tirz resolved my gut problems so thoroughly that even if weight loss plateaued, I'd continue it indefinitely. Really grateful I found something this helpful.

For those of you stacking, have you considered peptides to help preserve muscle mass during weight loss? I often recommend sermorelin in conjunction with GLP-1s.

Interesting! I've heard of sermorelin. Is it something you cycle, or stay on long-term?

Just a quick note for the guys here... If you're experiencing testicular shrinkage while on TRT and nandrolone, even with HCG, it's definitely something to discuss with your doctor. There are lab tests that can assess testicular function, although sperm tests might not be the most reliable indicator in this scenario. Something to keep in mind!

Been on all three for a good stretch now - Tirz split twice weekly at 10 mg each, Sema a few days later for appetite control, and Cagri for the energy kick. Spaced them out so they land roughly nine days apart once I reached my goal. Started at 250, now sitting at 140 after 2.5 years. Love seeing how unique everyone's path is.

Used to run 10 mg Tirz every 5 days. After a while I added some Sema on the side a few days after the Tirz dose for extra appetite control. Used the Glip1 plotter and hit a steady 17 to 20 mg weekly. Back to weekly maintenance now.

Working through the numbers here... ends up being like double the max, which honestly isn't that weird since sema used to top out at 2.5. Word is they're pushing up to 7mg now.

Split dosing gives smoother coverage. Staying at a lower amount for 6 weeks before going to am/pm is a clean way to read your tolerance.
