Tirz Stacking - Whatcha Using?

I tried stacking Reta with 10mg of Tirz, but my stomach didn't like it. After letting it clear out for a few weeks, I tried 0.2mg of sema yesterday and it seems to be working. I also use a lipotropic injection (MIC) weekly but don't feel anything from it.

I'm doing 7.5mg Tirz every 5 days, then 4mg of Reta two days later. I don't have much Reta left, but I have a year's worth of tirz, so that's why I'm doing it this way. I'm not sure if just sticking with Reta would be better.

I'm pretty much at my goal weight, and I'm slowly getting even better at these doses. Maybe a few more pounds to lose, but I'm trying to go slow to keep my muscle while firming up the loose skin.

I've considered adding some reta to my tirz, but I'm worried about my heart racing. @GeneCoffee, do you notice any difference between the reta and the Tirz? I've heard reta can help with fatty liver, but I guess they all do if you lose weight.

HGH might make you hungrier, possibly even more than testosterone. If tirz is working for you at 10 mg, I'd just up the dose. I'm planning to increase my tirz to 20 mg if needed, but no more than 2.5 mg per week.

Alternatively, you could stack tirz with survo, which might not raise your heart rate as much as reta. Also, low-dose daily testosterone (like subq TEST-E) might be safer than HGH, depending on the doses and your health. Get blood tests either way, and consider post-cycle therapy with something like enclomiphene.

Testosterone seems more effective for gaining muscle than HGH, too.

I take 5 mg Tirz every 5 days, with 2mg Survo 3 days later. I'm losing 2-3 lbs each week, I feel full, and the Survo has stopped the constant thinking about food. I like this combination.

Actually, @Nicky51, my heart rate is lower overall (according to my smartwatch) over the past year, but that might be because I've lost weight and am healthier in general.

I don't want complete appetite suppression. I want to be able to enjoy an occasional holiday meal, which is why I don't want to max out my Tirz dose.

I take 10mg tirz every Wednesday, with 0.25mg of sema every Saturday. I've been doing this for almost a month, and it's definitely helped with real hunger cues, feeling full after eating, etc.

Before adding the sema, I was always hungry with tirz alone. I wasn't stalling, but it was difficult. I didn't feel full after eating a good amount, and I was starving soon after. A little sema fixed that.

I've heard that some people on semaglutide need to be careful with certain blood pressure meds. Does anyone know if there are any interactions with hydrochlorothiazide? I take it for hypertension.

Has anyone stacked sermorelin and ipamorelin with HCG and clomid? I'm curious if it helps boost T levels and what the benefits/side effects are.

Congrats on your progress. Give it time. Try protein shakes late in the day, roughly 60% of your daily target in 11 ounces. Cagri stacked with Tirz was a game changer for me and plenty others, basically zero appetite. Some smells got hard to handle. Cagri pairs well with any GLP1. Slow titration is the way, and stick with Tirz a bit longer. Some folks needed two years to get where they wanted. Everyone's different.

give it time to settle in. switching around too fast won't help. Tirz was working great for you - that's worth hanging onto and letting your system fully adapt.

Only 2 weeks in and it's already doing the job, barely notice hunger. Then day 8 I woke panicked and just ate everything, like a raw instinct. Always had binge habits but this was different. Way stronger.

Reta is the most common Tirz add for plateau - glucagon covers what GIP and GLP-1 miss. Test and HGH layer on top for composition.

NAD+ with Tirz for energy drain is the most commonly reported add-on. Semax for cognitive fatigue and BPC-157 for joint support are the other plateau additions.
