Tirz Stacking - Whatcha Using?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Starting at 7.5mg Tirz plus 2mg Reta after stalling at 10mg alone is the combination that a lot of people land on when they hit the ceiling. The reduction in Tirz to make room for the amylin receptor piece is a thoughtful approach rather than just stacking on top at full dose. How long was the stall before making the move?

Ever thought about swapping in a bit of maz instead of your survo? Tried that combo myself during a rough stall, 2mg maz with 10mg tirz for a month kicked things back into gear. Dropped the maz after that stretch and moved to split dosing through the week instead. Like keeping my body guessing a bit.

You need to look around more. Plenty of people running 18mg of Reta weekly, others pushing higher Tirz amounts, or stacking either one with additional compounds.

That's rough. Personally love reta, way better for me. Still keep a small amount of tirz in the mix too. The vascularity reta gives me is wild, especially during lifting sessions. Genuinely crazy.

Running both together, 7.5 tirz on Thursdays and 1.5 reta on Sundays. Progress has been solid with barely any side effects, nothing that has made me consider stopping.

Notice a real difference in myself running CJC/Ipa alongside Reta compared to Tirz solo. Building muscle steadily now, and even though it's gradual, the visual changes reinforce my sense that this combination is paying off.

Back when I stuck with just Tirz while hitting the gym and cycling, the weight came off fast, but I couldn't see any muscle gains at all, and honestly felt like I was actively losing muscle mass, weaker pushing through max effort or high reps at the gym. Fatigue set in noticeably quicker too. Added creatine to my supplement routine roughly six months back as well, which should help with recovery and short intense bursts for maxing out.

Been running CJC/Ipa for around seven months now, following a five-days-on, two-off cycle stretched across twelve weeks on, four weeks off. Due for a break soon actually.

Everybody's different though, and dosing needs shift person to person, so expect your outcome to differ quite a bit from mine.
