Tirz... Stuck. Help me decide!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The kwikpen click math for intermediate doses is one of the more practical tools for people who need to titrate between labeled dose levels - the mechanism is linear enough that counting clicks reliably produces consistent doses between the official steps. Confirming a real stall before increasing is the right gate; temporary variation in the rate is not a stall.

the 51-pound result at the same 2.5mg dose across 3 months is the evidence that dose escalation is a problem-solving tool rather than a fixed protocol - when the starting dose continues to produce results, there is no clinical rationale for going higher. the ceiling for 2.5mg is different for everyone and for some people it does not exist at a timeline most clinical protocols would have already triggered an increase

Totally get it, hadn't even considered that angle. Started at 2mg and followed the usual step-up schedule. Moving to 9mg this coming Sunday. Really enjoy working with a particular coach through a weight program.

Appreciate the input. Hadn't considered titrating down since I'm already at 2mg weekly tirz, started at 2.5mg originally. Could try easing down in half-milligram steps though. Still have a bit more belly fat to shed first, then I'll give it a shot.

Same story here, four weeks max at 10mg before it gets rough. Playing around with something in between now, roughly 8.33mg by click counting, since I stall out at 7.5.

Just moved up to 3mg since I feel zero hunger on Tirz at six weeks in, but my sister's been at 15mg for years now and says it's stopped doing anything for her. Following your progress.
