Managed to snag a few insulated food containers while on vacation. The designs here were way better than what's available near my place. Hoping I'm not missing any crucial supplies before my order arrives next week.

Currently worried about the sterilization process for reconstitution, especially since my family isn't fully aware of my switch from compounded meds. When asked about the new containers, I just said it's for freezing some doses. 🤣

Here's what I've got coming:

Peptide Testing Supplies:
* Bacteriostatic Water
* 3mL Sterile Vials
* .22μm PES Filter Syringes (4mm)
* 25g Needles (1-1/2")

Niimbot M2 Label Printer (direct)
* 40 x 20 mm Holographic Labels

Other Suppliers:
* Easy Touch Luer-Lock Syringe Barrel, 3ML
* Vial Label Applicator
* Silicone Inserts for Food Jars

Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance!
 
That's quite the setup! Since you mentioned alcohol wipes, have you considered nasal spray bottles for intranasal administration? It's something to consider if you ever decide to try that route. Also, a vial opener has been really helpful for maximizing every last unit. I can share some links if you're interested.
 
Thanks for the tip about the nasal spray. I'll have to look into that. I did a quick search and it looks interesting. Right now I'm enjoying the injections and actually look forward to injection days.

For those who wanted to know how I organize, the case has four trays. Three hold syringes, needles, and filters, the fourth holds vials and bacteriostatic water.

The top flips open, and that's where I keep my injection syringes. I keep a smaller container with a couple of bags in a cabinet with my alcohol spray across from the fridge.
 
For those new to GLP-1s, keep an eye out for new pill formulations. I saw an article discussing how oral GLP-1 medications could be the future of weight loss. It's easier for some people than injections, so it will be interesting to see how it plays out.
 
Word of caution to everyone, especially those straining due to constipation: be careful! You don't want to end up with diverticulitis. If you haven't gone in a day, try something gentle to get things moving like coconut oil. Trust me, you don't want diverticulitis.

the priority-stock versus reorder-as-needed split is a reasonable approach - stocking up on the compounds you rely on most heavily for your core protocol and ordering the others as needed keeps storage manageable. the stocking strategy depends a lot on which compounds are actually hard to replace quickly versus which ones have reliable availability
 
the disposable plastic volume is one of the more jarring parts of long-term injectable medication use that doesn't come up often - when you see it all together it's a lot. most of it is single-use by regulation but the community has figured out that pen needles can last multiple uses safely which cuts the total down meaningfully
