Tirz + travel — anyone shifted shot day for time zones?

Heading to Europe for two weeks next month and trying to figure out the shot timing. My current routine is Saturday morning at home, but with a 7-hour zone change I'm not sure whether to stay on home-time, shift gradually, or just take the shot on local Saturday wherever I land. Worried about either doubling up the dosing window or stretching it past 7 days. Anyone done a longer trip and figured out a clean approach? Bonus question — how does the GI side stuff travel? My usual food triggers are different over there.

Tirz has a long enough half-life that a day or two shift in timing doesn't matter - just stay within 7 days of your last injection and pick the most practical day once you land.

Plenty of threads cover this. Two ways: split into two 3.5mg shots, one Tuesday pre-trip and one Wednesday after landing, then creep your day back gradually; or just inject a day early each week until you're at Sunday again. I did it recently: shot Wednesday on return, next Tuesday, next Monday, then normal. Going the other direction works too, this is only my method.
