So, I got some of this type of peptide recently, and my first dose of 2.5mg totally killed my appetite. Then, when I prepped for the second injection (same stuff), I got almost no results, aside from some gnarly burps that I didn't get the first time. It seems like two different medications. Should I wait till my next scheduled shot on Wednesday, or would it be okay to mix a fresh vial and try again today?

I agree with Meal_Fixed, you really need to research what you're putting into your body, how it functions, and review relevant studies before you just start injecting. That's basic harm reduction stuff.

But, since I doubt you'll do that, lol, calm down. You've only been taking it for, like, ten days. 2.5mg is just the initial dose; the effective dose in most studies usually starts around 7.5mg. Stick to the recommended dosing: 2.5mg, once a week, for a month. Then, move up to 5mg, once a week, for another month. The loading phase helps minimize side effects. This is a marathon, not a sprint, so slow down!

Lol, you all basically gave canned responses. What's there to reply to? I know how these meds function. My concern was with the recent reports of zero-peptide vials and wondered if, with such a huge difference between two vials from the same batch, I got one of those. That's why I'm halting and sending the vials for testing.

All I got here, other than the first reply, is the same recycled advice, leaping to conclusions without asking follow-up questions or providing any actual educational content. It's like everyone's just repeating what others said, a classic case of monkey see, monkey do.

Enough with the internet tough guy nonsense, hahaha.

I'd suggest RetaBoss659 check out some online forums dedicated to the brand name products. There are countless posts with the same basic question and 'problem,' but they're discussing the manufactured medications.

If a whole batch is bad, its a full batch, not only one. There have been no reports of single vials containing peptides while others don't.

On the other hand, many people report doses feeling useless. Even when on brand name. And while 2.5mg and 5mg works for most people, many others feel nothing until getting to therapeutic doses.

So, let me get this straight... you're worried about having zero meds, so your first thought is to inject more of the 'mystery powder' into yourself? And then you attack us for giving generic advice when you left out all the critical backstory info?

Even so, it doesn't change the fact that you're asking if you can take your second dose four days early, after only taking the med for ten days total. If you actually "knew how these meds worked", you wouldn't even consider that. Maybe slow down on injecting yourself with random chemicals and read up on the meds.

If this is your first month on the medication, hold the line; 2.5mg a week and don't change things. Don't inject early.

Month 1 is the loading dose. You may or may not feel anything; that's normal. It takes time for the drug to accumulate in your system. I lost 3-4 pounds with minimal side effects.

Month 2 can be the therapeutic dose at 5mg. You can also taper up to 3mg.

A zero pep kit would be zero peptide, not a single vial.
