Tirzep Anxiety - Anyone else?

Hey folks, if you're generally anxious on Tirz, please keep it to yourself, haha. This is specifically about acute anxiety right after injection. Does anyone else find the injection site matters? Like, if I inject in my thigh, immediate regret! I swear I can feel it surging and PANIC.

It didn't help that I once got a bunk product from an overseas supplier that landed me in the ER. The vial color was off from what I expected, but I didn't connect the dots until I was super sick. They fixed it, but still... scary. Anyone else get this?

I used brand name initially and those felt like nothing so I had zero anxiety. When I started doing my own injections it was a little nerve wracking at first, but after a few times, I got used to it. My buddy's wife is so freaked out by needles that he has to inject her in the glutes where she can't see the needle or prep. If you have someone who can do that for you, it might help. I've also been experimenting with injectable carnitine. The first time injecting into muscle made me a little nervous, but I got over it. If it gets bad, maybe a tiny bit of a benzo before you pin?

I use a popular online source. It's about $110, but they send out coupon codes sometimes. I'm not sure if it's helping yet. I quit drinking coffee a while ago, and my energy is terrible. I started the Lipo-C recently but haven't noticed much. I'm gonna switch from 1ml every 2-3 days IM to 0.3ml every day SubQ to see if it helps.

Hey @PeptidePro, did that switch ever happen? I'm totally fine with SubQ (after the first few nerve-wracking sticks), but I'm not sure I can bring myself to do IM.

This might sound weird but are you guys also having trouble seeing yourselves? I’ve dropped about 85 pounds, and I still feel HUGE. Like, I hate looking in the mirror after I shower — I still see the old me. It's messing with my head.

I completely get that, @Careful_Ostrich_12 and @SlightlySmallerSam. I think it takes time for your brain to adjust. I've found looking at old pictures helps a bit. It's like a reminder of how far I've come.

Early on, I had some wild ups and downs too. One day felt amazing without any appetite, next day it came roaring back. Started my shot in November and still adjusting to how food hits different. Sounds like you're on the right track though!

Six months in here and notice my appetite's coming back this week. That's surprising. Been suppressing it well until now. Has this happened to anyone else?

Used SS-31 for 6 weeks then switched to Mots-C. Doing the 14-week protocol. SS-31 repairs mitochondria and Mots-c optimizes. Also take 600mg NR daily. Didn't feel much from SS-31 but Mots-C feels like progress.

Don't worry, I'm basically glued to the internet. Bet most people wouldn't notice. The Hamptons trailers cost millions these days. Rich folks buy them just to party there when they want. Total madness.

Google says teso looks safe enough. But starting slow matters with anything stimulant-adjacent. Some people get clean energy from it while others have issues.
