Tirzepatide death link?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Tracked down where that death report originated.
"The coroners office confirmed investigating a death connected to growth-stimulating compounds prescribed by a licensed practitioner."
Curious how thoroughly the supply chain got vetted before prescribing, and what caused the death.
Article leans alarmist, though the info appears legitimately sourced.
Still puzzled why there is not more literature on issues like this, given one article covers several serious harms plus one death, in a region with several million people. No real way to estimate how many locally use these compounds, could be tens of thousands or more. Would need adverse reaction data pooled across regions for a sense of frequency. Impossible to nail down precise risk, but a rough order of magnitude beats no idea.

Had pancreatitis from gallstones about 15 years back.

Wasn't honest on my intake form to get Mounjaro, given the UK's blanket ban on prescribing MJ after pancreatitis. Went through a private script from an online pharmacy, ticked no on that item since yes shuts the consultation down. Made that call since long-term weight worries me more than a recurrence, especially with the culprit gallbladder already gone.

Never heard of fatty pancreas before. Fatty liver, yes, dealt with that myself, but not this.

With pancreatitis, pain goes beyond anything else I've experienced. Morphine barely touched it. Spent weeks crying in intensive care. Feels like severe heartburn cranked to an unbelievable degree. Actually got treated for heartburn first when I showed up at emergency in agony. Eyes turned yellow, urine went bright orange, both ignored initially. Acid reflux tags along too.

Eventually ran blood tests since I wouldn't stop screaming, though plenty of eye-rolling from staff first.
