Tirzepatide: Dilution Q's

Okay, so I'm getting back on Tirz after a break. I have these 60mg vials now, and I think I was at 7mg before using 30mg vials. I know the BAC water amount doesn't *really* matter. The calculator says if I use 3ml of BAC water with the 60mg vial, a 13 unit draw should give me 2.5mg. Does anyone know the MINIMUM amount of BAC water I need to dilute 60mg? Also, I'm not sure how much the vial can actually hold.

You got options! Use 2 or 3ml's of bac water. With 2ml, you'll have a stronger concentration per ml. I wouldn't go over 3ml in that vial. Or, split the 60mg powder into two sterile vials and freeze half. At 2.5mg per week, that 60mg is going to last a loooong time.

Eh, some people do it. I've done it, and it seemed fine, felt the same as usual. Some of these peptides are tougher than we think.

13 units is the same as .13cc or .13ml.

I want my injected volume to be less than .5ml. Splitting the dose is good, like 15mg/week as two 7.5mg shots. You can do that if you mix it to 20-30mg/ml (using 2-3ml of bac).

The problem is using the 60mg vial when starting at 2.5mg/week. I think it's best to toss the vial after 3 months, max.

Also, I'm okay with freezing reconstituted Tirz... once.

So, after mixing, could I split it into smaller vials, like 6, and freeze 5 of them? I break mine into thirds using 3ml of BAC, and with the overfill, I'm at 23.33mg/ml, which works great for my 7.5mg dose.

Totally new to this... how do you guys equalize the pressure in the vial when adding the bac water? Is that even a thing for Tirz?

I pull the plunger out of the syringe a bit and stick the needle in the vial. That lets the air equalize so the water doesn't squirt in too fast and mess up the peptide.

the whole situation screams suspicious. i filtered some stuff before but not all — that's changing. plenty of places to order clean supplies, and if you're using pens, you're putting it in a vial anyway so why not just use the vial.

On CJC/ipamorelin 500/500 daily and it's doing something good for my energy. 259 lbs, eating 2600 kcal per my trainer (230g protein, 340g carb, 40g fat), way more than before. Not gaining though.
