Tirzepatide + Ipamorelin/CJC Stack?

Hi everyone,
My husband and I have been using tirzepatide for about a month and a half and are thrilled with the results. He's lost over 50 pounds, and I'm down about 20. Someone mentioned that stacking ipamorelin and CJC-1295 (no DAC) might be beneficial. Has anyone tried this combination or have any insights? Any better stacks we should consider? He has experience with TRT, but we're both new to peptides otherwise.

I'm currently on that exact combo! I can't definitively say if it's making a HUGE difference, but my gut tells me it's helping. If the ipamorelin/CJC-1295 lives up to the hype, it should help with muscle building, similar to HGH.

Just want to clarify something

While both might help with muscle gain, CJC-1295/ipamorelin isn't exactly the same as HGH.

These peptides stimulate your pituitary to release more HGH. This is different from injecting synthetic HGH, which constantly elevates HGH levels.

With synthetic HGH, you don't have the natural pulsatile release, potentially affecting its effectiveness and increasing risks. That's also why CJC-1295 without DAC is often preferred.

Also, long-term synthetic HGH use can reduce your pituitary's natural production. And, since synthetic HGH can lead to supraphysiological HGH levels for extended periods, the risk of side effects like acromegaly increases.

@Juice_FWIW Sure! He was at a very high starting weight and had poor eating habits. He peaked around 500lbs and started tirzepatide around 485. We both started on 2.5mg for 3 weeks, then increased to 5mg. We now dose every 5 days as it helps control my cravings. His weight loss is still amazing—down to 415 now! My progress has slowed, and cravings are returning, so I'm increasing to 7.5mg tomorrow, while he's staying at 5mg. I've lost close to 40lbs from my starting weight of 285! This has completely changed our lives!

Just a thought for you guys, if you're feeling suppressed on TRT, but want to keep the boys working, HCG might help. I've seen some guys add in HCG alongside sermorelin/ipamorelin to try and boost things more naturally. Could be something to research.

Those three never worked for me - CJC, Ipamorelin, and Tesamorelin all triggered itchy welts for days. Everyone's different though. Weird thing is GHK-CU doesn't bother me at all, so I just stay clear of the GH peptides entirely.

massive respect on the weight loss! the mirror thing is so real—your brain takes longer to catch up than your body. interim clothes are smart, no sense dropping serious cash when you're still dropping pounds.

CJC/Ipa on top of Tirz is the standard GH stack - 100mcg each, timed post-workout or pre-sleep. Main thing to track: insulin sensitivity, since CJC/Ipa can blunt it enough to cause mild appetite rebound.
