Tirzepatide Journey: Down 90+ lbs!

Someone asked me about my journey in another thread, so wanted to share here. I started with insulin resistance issues, and went on metformin. It didn't do much, so I switched to Saxenda for about 9 months, staying at 1.8 dose. My doctor switched me to Wegovy, and in just 3 months I've dropped about 22 lbs (started at 190 lbs, now 168).

That's wonderful to hear! Meds can be so helpful when diet and exercise aren't enough. Congrats on the success!

For anyone just starting out on semaglutide or tirzepatide, remember to familiarize yourself with the FAQ and guidelines. It's important to understand the potential side effects and how to manage them. Also, be wary of offers for non-approved formulations.
