Tirzepatide looking a bit off...

When extreme diarrhea hit me in a hotel I couldn't drive anywhere. Didn't know what to do. Eventually passed out and scraped my face up. An infection caused it, not the tirz directly, but that medication definitely made it worse. BP dropped to 60/42 by the time EMS arrived.

Started at 265 and hit 190 eight months in. Could probably lean out more but honestly my frame looks good at this weight, skin tightened up nicely on its own. Thinking about adding gym work over the winter months to finish strong.

Tirz actually crushes it in the studies. head-to-head trials show it beating sema by a ton and keeping glucose control tighter. I'm on sema maintenance right now (had backups), but Tirz is legit the stronger option. my kidney numbers are creeping up which is why I'm staying put for now.

Slight yellow tint on reconstituted tirz is normal - the peptide discolors in storage without losing potency. Cloudiness is the flag.

Endotoxin and accurate dosing testing is the right pair when something seems off post-mix - discoloration can be contamination, reconstitution artifact, or degraded peptide. Worth testing before continuing.
