Tirzepatide noob - help w/mixing?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Ordered tirz from Skye Peptides, used 10mg vial monthly. Going 2.5mg to 5mg weekly, planning staying there if continuing. Thought about 20mg from Nexaph but wondered brand comparison. Haven't seen changes - maybe food noise down and eat less but zero weight or pain shifts. Any peptides helping tendon and deep muscle? Appreciate guidance.

Found a couple threads on this. Some vendors disappeared, some have mixed reviews. Chinese suppliers seem risky unless you know someone who's used them.

Ran 2 cycles last year. subtle body comp improvement, scale barely moved but stomach flatter. not a miracle but good as a side thing. pricey but decent.

I'll agree to disagree. WFI alone is okay but vials might not be sterile, so bacteria can grow after mixing. Add some benzyl alcohol (easy to get) to your WFI. That's the thing.

The mg vs mL distinction is the first thing to get clear. The peptide amount is fixed in the vial - the BAC water volume you add determines the concentration you end up with. More water per mg means lower concentration per unit volume, which changes how much you draw for each dose. 10mg in 2mL gives 5mg/mL; 10mg in 1mL gives 10mg/mL.

Reconstitute my 60mg vials using 2.4ml of bac water. 10 units on an insulin syringe works out to 2.5mg. Not totally sure what happens once doses climb past 10mg, but running 1ml syringes means 60 units would cover 15mg just fine.

For a 10mg vial, mix in 3ml of bacteriostatic water. That gets you six shots at 50 units each. With 15mg, same 3ml mix gives four shots at 75 units. Could also stretch it into a 5ml vial using more diluent if preferred.

Whoa, 250mg!
Assumed my occasional 100mg after a couple months in was already pushing the ceiling.
That compound genuinely works wonders for me, so now I'm feeling tempted to push higher!

Couple questions though, how's the dilution work out? Mine come in 500mg vials. Fitting 250mg into a single milliliter syringe would mean mixing with 2ml of diluent. Feels like a recipe for a nasty sting on injection, assuming that concentration can even be pulled from the container in the first place?
Or do you break it up across several injections instead?

Couldn't you just draw a smaller volume instead of adding more BAC water? What's the target dose you're going for, and what concentration does the vial actually contain?

Also, if you're committed to this approach, I'd definitely go with a standard pharmaceutical-grade diluent rather than a generic one.

Well, you could go by the book, keep it at room temperature and toss it after 28 days.

Or, put it in the refrigerator and stretch it past 90 days, living dangerously. (you know how this goes...)

Or, take this as a hint you're overcomplicating things. You're just not mixing in enough diluent. Scale up how much of each peptide you're using to match how long you want between refills. All the usual suspects, the skin one, the healing duo, the appetite compounds. Storage racks! Extra pens! Buy in bulk! Needles! Swabs! More vials! Sterilizing gear! UV boxes! Ventilation hoods! Enough already!!
