Hey all! Newbie looking for some guidance. I'm keen to begin Tirzepatide, but can't swing $500 every month. Trying to find a cost-effective source. Anyone know of a reliable vendor that takes Paypal? I'm not keen on Bitcoin or bank transfers.

Also, any recommendations for vendors shipping to Europe?

Check out a big marketplace site. You have to make an acct, but there are some protections if your order never arrives.

Find a seller on a big marketplace site.

Most sellers have some issues lately but some usual suspects are often mentioned. Ask them if they use the marketplace.

All ship into Europe.

Why that marketplace instead of paying with PayPal directly?

Is setting up an account the same as making a regular account? Or is there more to it?

Looking to buy from somewhere. Curious which payment method is best and why.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks for your time.

Creating an account on that marketplace is very similar to setting up an Amazon account. You can link your Paypal to your marketplace account, and then pay directly from your Paypal. Or, you can use the marketplace site and pay via Paypal there. There are some good protections in place, including chargeback options if paying with a credit card. Sellers in China/Asia seem to use it like Amazon, so I imagine it's convenient for them. Setting up my account was pretty straightforward. The seller sends a payment request to your queue on the marketplace, and you just click and pay with Paypal. Simple as that.

Just be careful, and do your research before buying anything from overseas. If you have a local doc who will give you a script, you might check whether any compounding pharmacies will ship internationally.

I'm also in Europe and finding it hard to find reliable sources. I'd prefer to get everything sorted locally with a doctor's prescription, but not sure where to start looking for a doctor who knows about peptides. Anyone have any luck with that?

Good call. I'll ask my GP about it, although I'm not too optimistic. They're usually pretty conservative about newer medications.
