Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

Hey @GroovyTaco299, if you're interested in peptides in general (since you asked about Melanotan 2 earlier), there's a [URL='https://www.another forum guide[/URL] on another site that lists a ton of peptides and their dosages. Might be worth checking out!

Wait, you're taking a GHRP2 stack? GHRP2 completely cancelled out the appetite suppression from tirzepatide for me! It was like it broke my 'full' switch.

That's so interesting! It really shows how everyone reacts so differently. Some people seem to get immediate results from Tirz, others need higher doses, and then you have stuff like this where other peptides interfere. It's all so individual.

I'm starting to wonder if the GHRP peptides are interfering with the Tirz effectiveness. It could explain why I'm not feeling the appetite suppression as strongly as some others do. Maybe I should experiment by stopping them for a short time and see what happens?

@LosingInLDN, that's a smart idea. It's all about isolating variables, right? If you cut out the GHRPs for a week or two, you'll have a much clearer picture of what the Tirz is doing (or not doing) on its own.

Just a reminder to everyone - always consult with your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication regimen, especially when combining multiple peptides, or if you have existing health conditions. They can help you monitor for potential interactions or side effects.

Lost it all on 2.5, so I'm staying there for maintenance. Upped my calories with denser foods since my appetite's still limited. Injecting weekly, thinking about stretching to every 10 days. Bouncing between 60 and 58 kg.

7.5mg needs 4 weeks to build up. What you feel after 2 shots might flip completely by shot 4. I had zero sides for 3 weeks then shot 4 hit me hard—dropped back to 5mg. Never judge a dose until 4-6 shots.

Two weeks at 2.5 is still early - most people don't notice real suppression until week 3-5. The starting dose is primarily for tolerability, not effect. Give it to week 4-6 before drawing conclusions. If it's still flat by the time you're at 5mg, that's worth raising.

Two weeks at 2.5mg is still ramp-up territory - hunger effects typically show up by weeks 3-4. Side effects coming first is normal.
