Too Many Injections?

I'm a 63 yo male. Last year, when my insurance stopped covering Mounjaro, I went down the peptide path. Found some sources online for research purposes.

I've been using Tirz for about a year and two months now and have dropped nearly 80 pounds. I've been on 12.5mg for the past four months and just bumped it up to 15mg because I stopped losing weight the last couple of months.

Around October, I started adding in various peptides. First, Tesa/IPA, then CJC, then a mix of NAD+, MOTS-c, and 5-Amino. Then I added Klow in December. And this month, I'm trying out DISP.

This week, I'm going to start Reta.

Honestly, I have so much more energy now, better stamina, and my focus is way better.

But I'm injecting twice a day, except for Saturdays when I don't inject at all.

So, even though I'm getting great results, am I doing too much? Should I scale back on anything?

Also, is it okay to mix multiple peptides into a single injection to reduce the number of shots? Like, I usually combine NAD, MOTS-c, and 5-Amino into one injection.

Any feedback would be appreciated...

I stopped using tesamorelin/IPA and now just use growth hormone. To answer your question, I personally don't think you're taking too much. I inject around 8 to 10 times a day. I space them out because of possible bacterial toxins.

I don't see any issue with it at all. As long as you're allowing your body to recover after each cycle of whatever you're using. I've been known to inject 5-8 times daily at times. Three injections a day is a light day for me. I try not to stack too many new things at once so I know how each one is working and if I'm going to experience any side effects. I've been fortunate so far!

Congrats on the weight loss! Great job! 💪💪

I've been using it for a month. Based on my smartwatch, my sleep quality score was better, and I spent more time in deep sleep compared to when I wasn't using it. I'm taking February off from all peptides except Reta and will probably start using it again in March.

If you're asking yourself "Am I injecting way too many untested, unproven compounds and turning this into some kind of weird hobby and mystical ritual with Chinese mystery powder," then the answer is almost certainly "yes, probably."

I say that without judgment, because I recently stopped doing that myself a couple weeks ago.

If you're single, keep going, haha.

I wouldn't mix them, at least not those ones. But seems to be working for you. MOTS-c has a higher chance of causing immune reactions.

Combining multiple peptides into one injection isn't generally recommended. While some peptides might be compatible, others could interact, potentially reducing their effectiveness or even leading to adverse reactions. It's best to administer each peptide separately to ensure proper dosage and minimize any potential risks.

Anyone tried sermorelin? I heard it helps with sleep. Been feeling kinda tired lately.

I've heard that too! But I also saw somewhere that it doesn't replace TRT. Is that right?

Fair point on the measurement piece. Sixteen things at once makes it hard to know what's actually moving the needle. I get wanting to test everything too though.

Wondered that too. So many friends do things to improve life and aesthetics like Botox and that's normal. Why is there such stigma? Wondering if availability will help it normalize.
