Too much at once?

TFA salt form can't be filtered - worth checking which form you have before assuming filtration will work.

The pace question is worth raising. Front-loaded loss on GLP-1 compounds is well-documented and the first weeks skew numbers significantly. Guidelines vary, and what matters longer term is composition change, not speed alone.

The rebuild assumption is sound - maintenance calories plus resistance training after a cut does allow for muscle gain, including later in life if you have any base already. The fear of being too old for newbie gains is overstated; new gains from returning to a lower weight are real.

I tried Teso once. Gave me crazy energy but totally wrecked my sleep.
That energy spike is no joke from what I have read. Sleep disruption on that one seems common. Starting small to test tolerance first makes a lot of sense.

A stack spanning Reta, Sema, Tirz, BPC-157, Cagri, and others at that volume signals someone tracking this space seriously. The useful question is which of those have a specific goal attached versus which are there because they were available. Running fewer compounds at a time gives cleaner signal.

Reta plus tirz is a reasonable stack. Adding MT2, NAD, GHK-Cu, and cagri simultaneously is a different level of variable - if something goes sideways you won't know which compound caused it. Adding one at a time with a few weeks of baseline between each is the standard way to keep the feedback loop readable.

The fatigue ceiling at higher reta doses is a real limiting factor that doesn't always improve with time. If 12mg is where the fatigue gets too much, the question is whether the stack approach gets you more effect at a dose where the fatigue stays manageable. What does the suppression feel like when you're consistent with it at a more tolerable level?

Cutting tirz completely and hunger coming back plus weight stopping is a consistent pattern - the GIP piece from tirz covers something reta does not. Adding .5mg reta while thinking about running both together is a reasonable next step. The reconstitution question is worth looking into separately from the stack question.

The 'lose a little belly' motivator for Reta is one of the more common entry points - and then the results end up speaking for themselves regardless of the original intention. That pattern across families and friend groups is becoming more common.

Reta works differently compared to other glp-1s, from what I've seen, people combining them typically lean on reta to drive the fat loss and tirz to keep appetite in check.

How much extra were you hoping to lose when cagri got added to your combo? Currently at 5mg tirz and 6mg reta weekly, roughly 15 pounds of fat left to shed, and progress has slowed the past month or so.

Actually runs quite a bit more than that, this reflects the morning routine specifically. Evening routine is roughly half that amount, plus a separate hormone injection twice weekly.

Appreciate you sharing your experience, honestly sounds a lot like mine, though your goal weight seems more attainable than mine, ha.

What does split dosing actually mean though? Like taking 10mg and breaking it into two separate 5mg shots?

Money shouldn't really be the issue for me either, barring losing my income or life throwing some curveball my way.

Any regrets about not starting sooner?

What amounts are you running on each one? Really like how that combo's set up, tempted to try it myself. Already dabbling in stacking, just a small bit of Tirz on Mondays alongside my regular Reta on Thursdays. Starting to wonder if my body's adapting too much to it.
