Too much at once?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Five weeks ago I began stacking tirz with reta for similar reasons. I'm 8lbs from goal weight, though I'd be happy where I am even if I miss it. What drew me was the food noise difference and the glucagon part, plus I own a huge pile of reta and felt curious about its effect.

A few people here stack. But you just already have the two that actually stack well together. Personally I'd raise my GLP & see if that works, taking the GLP on day one and the cag on day 4. If I basically were adding reta and cag to my tirz, here's how: I pin each 6 days, so 10mg tirz on day one, then 2mg reta on day four with the cag. I'd stay there a couple weeks, & if needed, add more reta while dropping a mg or 2 of tirz at a time. I haven't tried this though. I've both reta and cag, but I want my tirz doing its most with no extra leverage. Once tirz gets too high in my case to handle, or I stop losing, I'll add leverage. I'm not there yet.

Seems I have covered every one of the four main groups in the summary. Started with reta, down 15lbs in about 4 months, going slow on purpose. Next came a skin and healing blend, after which my girlfriend praised my nails and skin. The mitochondria thing began some months back, and MOTS-C recently. Any effect is tricky to categorize, and if there is one it crept in slowly, still, nothing bad. Four weeks back tesa plus ipa entered the routine, and I believe workouts and sleep benefit. A repeat IGF-1 test is scheduled for a month from now, hoping my z-score of -0.9 has improved! Nothing further will be added by me, and Ill pause the blend and the mitochondria combo once they finish. Reta stays in my plans long term, with dose tweaks only.
