June 13th 2023 was the day I decided to get my health back on track. It's been SOOO worth it!! Feeling so much happier. 😊😊

Thanks for sharing on our GLP-1 forum!

Just a quick note – let's keep the discussion focused on FDA-approved meds and avoid any talk about buying or selling anything, even in DMs. We don't want anyone getting scammed.

You're looking fantastic! I can't wait until I get to the right dose and start seeing results. I'm 5'7, 60 years old, currently weigh around 180, and hoping to get down to 145.

I see some people calculating the cost per pound lost. That seems silly to me. If this works long term, I plan to stay on it indefinitely - it's worth the investment for a better quality of life.

How long did it take for the hunger to subside? I'm on my second injection and still feel hungry all the time, I can't seem to control it.

You look amazing, I'm sure you feel even better! What does your meal plan look like? I just started a couple of weeks ago and am trying to get a handle on things.

Wow, thanks everyone. I started my first dose last Saturday, it was 0.25 mg. I've lost about 7 pounds in 4 days. I had been stuck around 152 for months! I'm so excited to see the scale moving down toward my goal weight.

It's definitely more challenging to lose weight as we get older! You're doing great!

Congrats on getting unstuck!

Something to keep in mind: it's wise to be proactive about your health while taking these meds. Talk to your doctor about the risk of gallstones or pancreatitis.
