Triceps are Popping!

Nice work!

These routines only run 10-15 minutes each, so genuinely easy to squeeze into a packed schedule. Standing versions especially go easy on the joints. 62F here with a pretty lazy streak honestly. A few times weekly, pairing a short arms video with a 10-minute legs session does the trick.

There's a fitness channel focused specifically on these quick standing routines, arms sets running anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes, a barre-style arms video with no breaks, a standing abs session, plus a ballet-inspired arms and legs combo.

Picked up dumbbells through Amazon. Starting light and working upward once things feel too easy is the way to go. Began at 3 pounds, now sitting at 6.

Also mix in a couple short ab-focused videos, five and ten minutes, one with plank variations, plus a ballet-style legs routine.

Been mulling this over trying to figure it out. Noticed this month that the fat layer under the skin has basically vanished in spots and the skin itself feels papery-thin now. Probably hit that final layer or the body fat percentage where things start actually showing. Frustrating how the stomach seems to hold on the longest, maybe the thickest layer there. Arms went muscular almost overnight by comparison.

Honestly the glutes are lagging furthest behind, still flat despite exercises aimed squarely at that area. Figure it'll come eventually, maybe another twelve months or so.

Best of luck out there!
