Trouble with a buddy's injections :(

Update: I ordered from my usual place and it's totally different. The box from that online market was fake. Cheaper material, the plunger came out too easily, the needle wasn't as sharp...

I write everything down: date, time, and where I injected (I go around my belly button: top, left, bottom, right). I mark the number of clicks per injection and the total clicks (my pen has 300, so it's easy to count).

Anyone get a red mark at the injection site that itches? I'm wondering if it's allergy related or something.

started semaglutide and sometimes get this sudden dread with nausea and fast heart rate, feels like a panic attack coming on. then i have to go to the bathroom and boom, suddenly fine. not urgent like emergency bathroom but there's definitely a link. took me forever to figure that one out.

Generic syringe kits bundled with compound sema orders are usually fine - the issue when they arise is almost always plunger friction or air bubbles from too-fast draw. What's the symptom that's coming up with it?
