Two months after stopping mj - maintenance update

Time for my second month update after stepping away from mounjaro, following the initial post covering titration and workout plans. Got helpful feedback last round too. Current weight sits below where the last dose left off, well under the original starting point. Body composition keeps improving per my scale, muscle climbing while fat drops. Kept the eating pattern going that leans on protein and whole food, still allowing richer options occasionally, family does a weekly fast food night. Loose skin remains an issue, especially where two pregnancies left their mark, saving toward surgery eventually. Biggest help through this has been staying at a modest dose that still let hunger through occasionally, using that mild suppression as leverage to build lasting habits. Cravings picked up somewhat around three weeks off medication, stuck with the meal plan regardless, and pull toward junk feels weaker now since none gets kept around the house. Happy to field questions.

Not quite at maintenance stage yet, but has posting this in a dedicated maintenance-focused community been considered? Might get some solid input there.

Seeing weight hold steady for a few weeks after stopping is genuinely reassuring. Gives real hope that maintaining results doesn't have to feel like a constant uphill fight.

Hit my goal weight of 136 at the start of the year, a total of 84 pounds down. Was running 5mg, dropped to 2.5 for a couple weeks, then stretched shots out to every 9, then 12, then 14 days before stopping completely mid-April. Maintenance has gone pretty smoothly so far, though it's only been 70 days since that last dose.
Staying within 2 to 4 pounds either side of goal, shifting a bit based on the calendar, whatever I had eaten the day prior, that kind of thing.
Overall really solid results, my old problem used to be eating past comfortable fullness and snacking constantly through the night, while on MJ I broke those habits, learned actual portion control, and started eating more balanced meals.

Congrats, though this reads like more than 50 lbs to me. Since you said your heaviest was 289, that's an 88 lb gap. Did you actually start mounjaro around 250? If so, how'd you handle the first 38 lbs?
