Two Years Later: Still Working?

You look fantastic. Hoping you feel as great as you look! I'm 71, started at 229, now 160, and my goal is 155.
You look fantastic too! So glad to connect with someone my age. I’m 71, started at 240, currently at 210, aiming for 170. Been at it since January and increasing to 3.0 next week. Feeling good, but still have a ways to go. What strength are you using? Any noticeable side effects?

Such an inspiring transformation. You look genuinely happy. Also, that necklace is stunning! Where did you get it?

My mom used to do weight watchers. She lost a bunch of weight but gained it all back. Hope that doesn't happen to me with this GLP-1 stuff. I'm 70, started at 280 last December, now 234, hoping to get to 185.

Started April 2023 aiming for 100 pounds down - honestly thought it was a joke. My doctor's nurse believed in me though, and a year later I hit that goal. Had surgery scheduled before that but found this instead. Still dialing in the right maintenance dose.

thats awesome, good for you. im your height and about ten years older, still grinding through my own thing but seeing where youve gotten is really motivating.

Had IBS-D for decades and nothing worked till Tirzepatide basically stopped everything. Got it moving again with miralax and senna but it's rough. After 25 years wanting it to stop, now I'd take even a partial return.
