Amazing progress! I've managed to drop around 60lbs in under a year. Sticking with 1mg since it's all out-of-pocket for me. Plateaued for a bit until I shook up my exercise. Now I'm doing aerobics and strength training and it's made a huge diff. Lost another 15lbs since, combined with the 1mg and eating clean.

Congrats! Have you checked if your insurance covers another brand? Switching might help you push through.

Doctors emphasize long-term lifestyle adjustments to prevent weight regain after stopping medication. This means no snacking between meals, drinking 3 liters of water daily, sticking to black coffee and tea, and having only one piece of fruit per day if you are insulin resistant or pre-diabetic. Pair any sweet treat with a meal to better manage blood sugar.

Felt best wrestling high school 189lbs. Twenty-five years later adding few, goal 215. Current 253. Started 265 two weeks.

These meds made me lazy which is ironic. Six years military, two decades law enforcement, stayed fit mostly. Then two surgeries last year and gained weight. Harder to lose at mid-40s especially in constant pain. This is basically a game changer. Bonus: ankle and knee pain improved.

DDR and razor scooter riding are tied for best fun workouts that don't feel like work. Been years since I had a TV set up but I'm thinking about getting a PS2 and setting up something casual for winter since I live alone.

I've been doing 1 to 3 injections weekly for a couple years using syringes instead of pens. Pens seem like unnecessary hassle when I can handle a syringe in a minute or so. If my frequency ramped up I might reconsider the pen route.

BH syringes are torture. One of the forum sponsors (Injection Shop) ships everywhere and has solid reviews plus forum member discounts.

you're not imagining it. abdomen and thigh are both approved sites but people do notice differences in side effects and how strong the dose feels depending on body fat and injection spot. if you're diabetic those blood sugar changes matter more than the weight anyway. bring this pattern to your doc.

started week three at 2.5mg three times a week, thirty min before workouts. forty years old and zero injection site problems. pinning a pen and it feels good. ran and cycled a lot before starting this so comparing is interesting.
